Calendar Basics

Goal:

See everyone's schedule in one place and make sure family events don't get missed.

You will need:

  • Logged into your household

Follow these steps:

  1. 1Open the Calendar page from the bottom navigation or the Hub.
  2. 2Tap the green '+' button to add a new event.
  3. 3Fill in the title, date, time, and which family members are participating.
  4. 4Turn on 'Repeats' if this event occurs regularly, then tap 'Save'.
  5. 5Look at the monthly or daily calendar view to see events color-coded by member.
What success looks like:

The entire household has a clear, shared view of all family events, practices, and appointments.

What to try next:

  • Set a reminder for an upcoming school event on the calendar.
  • Filter the calendar to view events for a single member.
