Regain access to your HomyIQ account when you've forgotten your password.
You will need:
Access to the email address your account uses
Follow these steps:
1Go to the login page and tap the 'Forgot password?' link below the email and password fields.
2Type the email address for your HomyIQ account and tap 'Send reset link'.
3Check your email inbox — we'll send a reset link if the address is registered. Don't worry if it looks like nothing happened — we keep it private for security.
4Open the reset link from the email. You'll land on a page that says 'Choose a new password'.
5Type a new password with at least 8 characters in the 'New password' field and tap 'Save password'.
6You'll be returned to your home page — you're now logged back in with your new password.
What success looks like:
You've received the reset email, clicked the link, entered a new password, and can now log in to HomyIQ with your new password.
What to try next:
Check if you need to update your password anywhere else you've used it.
Turn on App Lock to add an extra security layer to this device.
